REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Grandpa's Frog, we take pride in every order and work hard to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products and small-batch operations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Incorrect product selection
• Buyer remorse
• Preference-based reasons
• Orders no longer wanted after purchase
Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Grandpa's Frog is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim and finding a resolution.
If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before your order enters processing.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Grandpa's Frog is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was sent.
